MedicalOfficer/Research Officer (i) A degree in ( Specific Stream) from a Recognized University or Statutory State Board or Council or Faculty of Indian Medicine recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).

(ii) Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine.
NOTE-I: The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications.

NOTE-II: The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the for reasons Union Public Service Commission to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

Anthropologist (A) EDUCATIONAL: Master’s degree in relevant discipline of a recognized University with more than fifty percent papers in Cultural Anthropology in final year examination.
(B) EXPERIENCE: Three years research experience in Anthropology.
NOTE-I: The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the for reasons Union Public Service Commission to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
NOTE- II: The qualification(s) regarding experience is / are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes if, at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion thatsufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

Assistant Library (A) EDUCATIONAL:
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in the Tamil Language from a recognized University or equivalent; (ii) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Library Science of a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
(B) EXPERIENCE: Two years’ experience in a recognized Library or two years’ experience in computerization of a recognized library or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute or equivalent.
NOTE- : The qualification(s) regarding experience is / are relaxable at discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reason to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates belonging to the Schedule Tribes if, at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

DESIRABLE: Master’s Degree in Library Science of a recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
Assistant Engineer(A) EDUCATIONAL: Master Degree in Science with Physics / Chemistry from a recognized university OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in specific discipline from a recognized university or institute.
(B) EXPERIENCE: Two years practical experience in Production or development or quality assurance in the field of Mechanical Engineering from recognized organization or undertaking.
NOTE-: Exact subject in Master’s Degree in Science or exact discipline in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology and area of experience shall be intimated at the time of each recruitment.
Scientist ‘B’(A) EDUCATIONAL: Master’s Degree in Chemistry / AIC by examination / Physics / Forensic Science with Chemistry or Physics as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University.
(B) EXPERIENCE: Three years experience of analytical methods and research therein in the field of Documents in any Central Government or State Government organization or recognized research institute or Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government.

NOTE- II: The qualification(s) regarding experience is / are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes if, at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission isof the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

Senior Divisional Medical Officer(A) EDUCATIONAL:
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D./ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e.M.Ch. (Neuro-Surgery) from a recognized University or Speciality Board of Neurological Surgery (USA) or equivalent.

(B) EXPERIENCE: Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D. NOTE-I: The candidates holding DNB qualifications would need to get their qualification verified by NBE as to whether it is as per the requirement of the Gazette Notification No.MCI-12(2)/2010-Med.Misc. dated 11.06.2012 and upload such verification certificate along with the online application.
